Mrs. Morscher is a former Principal dancer with North Coast Ballet Theatre. She is originally from Buffalo, New York where she received her initial ballet training from Bernadine DeMike, Janet Springer and Ginger Burke. She continued her training with Troy McCarty, Lynn Brennan Tabor, Dee Hillier, Marguerite Duncan and Nancy Arcury.
 

RSB Artistic Director since 1998 and current  Executive Director of the Royal Youth Ballet Company,
Mrs. Morscher continues to update her dance education.  She has participated in Continuing Education Seminars such as: OhioDance 25^th Anniversary Dance Education Day, Nutmeg Conservatory School of the Arts, Youth America Grand Prix Teacher's Course, Vail International Teaching Seminar, Finus Jhung Teacher Workshop sponsored by Ohio Dance Theatre and the Ohio Dance 2005 Festival classes.
 

Mrs. Morscher has taught throughout the Cleveland community in such venues as the  Brooklyn Figure Skating Club,  Strongsville City Youth Ballet, Cleveland School of the Arts, Studio 82, The Dance Centre, Emjaez and Kim's School of Dance.  She continues to conduct master classes throughout the area.  Students of Mrs. Morscher's have been accepted to prestigious summer programs, university dance programs and are receiving professional contracts around the country.
