Thomas Laub

RYBC Board of Directors President 
Thomas oversees implementation and post-implementation account management activities, service level agreement negotiation and reporting and due diligence engagements at Antares Management Solutions.  Thomas has more than 25 years of information systems experience that includes management of data centers, LAN/WAN infrastructure, desktop and multi-platform mainframe technical services.  In addition, he has managed both financial and IT audit functions.  Thomas has a bachelor’s degree in management/marketing and an MBA from Baldwin Wallace College.  He served for 3 years on the board of the Ohio Ballet and on the executive board of the Northern Ohio Golf Association.  Thomas also is a Trustee for the Strongsville Education Foundation and a board member of the Royal Youth Ballet Company.

Joseph Nicklos

RYBC Board of Directors Vice President
Joe has been an educator for 25 years and is currently the Assistant Principal at North Olmsted High School.  He received both his Bachelor's degree in Education and Masters degree in School Counseling from Cleveland State Unversity.  He also holds an Administrative certificate from Ursuline College.  Joe has worked at numerous schools in the Cleveland area including: Lake Catholic High School, Trinity High School, Brooklyn High School and Middle School.  He has held counseling department chirs at Brooklyn and North Olmsted high schools.  He was the CARE coordinator at both Brooklyn and North Olmsted school districts working with and developing programs for at-risk students and families.  Joe has been advisor to such programs as SADD, Youth for Youth, Peer Tutoring and Conflict Resolution.  Joe has been active in youth sports as a participant and coach.  A member of his high school and college wrestling teams he went to coach wrestling at Brooklyn high school, as well as becoming a coach for varsity football, girl's softball and gymnastics.  Joe is a member of the Ohio School Counselor Association, The National Association for Supervision and Curriciulum Development and the Ohio & National Association of Secondary School Adminstrators.  He is currently the Vice President of the North Royalton Band Boosters and the President of the Royal Youth Ballet Parent Boosters.  Joe has three daughters who have all trained at the Royal School of Ballet.  His eldest daughter Rebecca is currently studying dance at Nutmeg Conservatory for the Arts and his daughters Megan and Grace are current members of the Royal Youth Ballet Company.

Terri A. Ambrose

RYBC Board of Directors Treasurer
Terri held the position of Vice President of Electronic Commerce within the Global Treasury Management Division of a national financial services organization in Cleveland with assets of $91 billion. Her responsibilities included management of electronic corporate payment products.  She developed new electronic treasury products in the business- to- business environment, managed the Cash Management Sales division in Columbus, Ohio and an electronic payment association in Richmond, Virginia.  Prior to cash management, she served as a financial analyst in the corporate lending area of the same bank. Terri served on the Board of Directors of a local payments service, as a member of the Electronic Banker’s Council and a member of the Association of Financial Professionals.  She also served her local community as the previous President of the Education Committee at Saint Albert the Great school and a Co-Committee Chairperson of the Parent Teacher Organization.  She has three children, including twin daughters that belong to the Royal Youth Ballet Company.  They have performed in various local and professional ballet productions. 

Donna Bonvissuto

RYBC Board of Directors
Donna Bonvissuto is a Mental Health Counselor at Bridgeway, Inc., located in Cleveland, Ohio.  She is the co-chair of the Grant Review Committee of the Ridgecliff Foundation, a non-profit foundation which awards grants to nonprofit organizations providing Mental Health and Chemical Dependency services to minority and underserved populations.  She is the President of Padua Music Association and has also served as an officer for parent booster organizations during her daughter's elementary school years. She is married and the parent of two members of the Royal Youth Ballet Company.

Matthew A. Joy MD

RYBC Board of Directors
Physician Anesthesioligist at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland.  Completed his medical studies at Ohio State University, and furthered his training at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.

Arnold H. Morscher MD

RYBC Board of Directors
Physician Anesthesioligist at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland.  Completed his medical studies at Ohio State University, and furthered his training at University Hospitals of Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland.  Arnold created the elastic floor system at the Royal School of Ballet.  His other interests include model railroading, and real train photography.  Some of his photographs have been used in publications.

Jill Nickell

RYBC Board of Directors
Jill holds an executive position with Arkay Inc., a leading solution provider of information technology storage and networking infrastructure. She has more than 15 years of experience in the open systems storage industry and has attained numerous software and hardware certifications. Currently her main focus is operations and business development, for Arkay. Outside of her management duties, she maintains direct relationships with numerous national and international clients. Jill’s daughter Alexa is currently a member of the Royal Youth Ballet Company.
