1. Office Hours:
In order to provide the full amount of lesson time to our students
parents are asked to address their
questions during office hours. Monday and Wednesday 8am -

2. Parent Observation:
Parent Observation weeks are scheduled twice a year( December
& June). Otherwise there is no Parent Observation unless
scheduled with the Artistic Director.
3. Dress Code:
The dress code (ballet, modern & jazz)at RSB is an integral
part of this school &
not negotiable. All students attending are expected to follow the
requirements. Lack of adherence to the dress code may result in
missed lessons. Please review the RSB Dress Code
Policy for guidelines
in all your lessons.
4. Videotaping and Photography:
Are not allowed unless given permission by the
Artistic Director.
5. Attendance:
All students are expected to attend their complement of classes,
rehearsals etc... unless they are unable due to illness, injury and the
like....Repeated absences in both classes, as well as rehearsals may
result in removal from the program &/or performance. This
decision is at the discretion of the Artistic Staff.
6. Tuition:
Tuition is due at the first of each month & is based on a 4 week =
1 month calculation. There will be some months with three weeks
& others with five so it does figure out evenly through the year.
*A
$10.00 late fee will be assessed to your next month's account if the
payment is not received by the fifth of each month.
7. Class Card Attendance:
All students are welcome to attend RSB using our RSB
Class Card. This unique method of payment is good for ballet
lessons (1hr., 1 1/2hrs. or 2hr. Lessons). This card can not be
applied to Modern, Jazz or Master Classes.
8. Child Pick-Up Policy:
All students must be picked up from their lessons in a
timely manner. Students who are picked up more than 15 minutes
late will have a $10.00 Late Fee assessd to their account.
9. Late Attendance
Students entering the classroom more than 15 minutes late may be asked
to watch class because they are not properly warmed up. This decision
is at the discretion of the instructor.
10. RSB is not responsible for any items such as personal belongings or dance shoes/clothes that are left on the premises by students or family members.
11. RSB students are
expected to conduct themselves in a manner
that is respectful at all times in the classroom. This includes
no talking, walking out of a lesson without the permission of the
instructor, abiding by the RSB Dress Code, always being attentive and
open to the learning process. Disregard for the aforementioned
may result in a student being asked to sit out of their lesson.
Repeated behaviors may result in dismissal from the program.
*All students enrolled @ the RSB must have on file a
signed
copy
(Parent/Guardian signature of students under 18 years) of the RSB
