UNIT IS SUFFERING FROM A NON FUCTIONING RADIATOR FAN, PROMPTING THE
TRAIN TO STOP FOR ASSISTANCE FROM THE MECHANICAL DEPARTMENT. THEY
COULD NOT FIX IT ON THE SPOT, SO ITWAS SENT ON TO WILLARD WITH ONLY 2
WORKING FANS. LOCATION IS CP-17 OF THE CLEVELAND SHORT LINE. |
